A Juniper Research report found that by the year 2019 there will be at least 1 billion mobile coupon users. This is a huge increase from past years. This is a huge bonus. With tv, print, and radio ads it can be hard to see who is actually receiving your message. You also have no clue if your marketing actually leads to sales. With email you can measure the following:

5. Email is easy to personalize

Going beyond tracking, with an email you can target a population of your audience and send specific information based on your audience’s interests/values. Get personal with your audience.
